This feature has been disabled. Contact the person who set up the printer.”,这时你也无法在打印机的设置菜单中找到网络和WiFi的设置条,使得我们无法设置WiFi,解决这个问题的办法如下:
HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 WiFi issue: “This feature has been disabled. Contact the person who set up the printer.” No Wi-Fi bar and Wireless Bar setup on the menu.
This printer was purchased brand new. The wireless function isn’t working, and when I tap the wireless button to the right of the display, I get the message: “This feature has been disabled. Contact the person who set up the printer.” Well that person would be ME, right now! And without the proper permissions, I can’t gain access to the wireless functions even with the factory reset option found in settings. HP suggests printing out the Network Config sheet, but my access to that info is blocked also
