Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo T8+ Mopping Robot Vacuum 地宝集尘桶工作但不集尘的问题解决办法

我的T8+地宝发现突然不集尘了,虽然集尘桶有巨大的工作的声音,但地宝里尘盒里的垃圾没有被吸走清理干净,去官网上查了些解决办法,但都不能解决我的问题,集尘袋是新的,底部通道是干净未堵塞的,垃圾桶有吸尘声音,可是垃圾盒里的垃圾一点都没被吸走,垃圾桶里的新垃圾袋也是很干净,在试着更换了一个新滤芯后,发现问题解决了,应该是滤芯堵塞,不能很好的为集尘反向通风导致的。

后来发现还有个问题时很容易检测出来的,就是当你在集尘桶正在工作时,是很难用手翻开地宝上面的翻盖,因为那时它是处于真空压力被吸住的,若是在集尘盒工作时,地保上面的翻盖很容易打开,那就说明上面的盖子没有盖到位,导致吸尘工作不能真空进行,需要将盖子盖紧。

自动集尘座无法集尘/吸不干净/风道堵塞/红灯常亮,如何处理?

1:地宝返回自动集尘充电座,为何没有启动集尘?

①请检查自动集尘充电座的底座与主体是否安装到位;

②请检查自动集尘充电座的电源线是否已正确插入插座,并且与自动集尘座连接;

③执行自动集尘工作时,自动集尘充电座的尘盖需盖好;

④请确保一次性尘袋已正确安装好;

⑤若在勿扰模式时间段内返回,自动集尘不启动;

⑥请查看app更多”…”>工作设置>自动集尘是否关闭,若有请开启后尝试;

⑦检查自动集尘充电座充电极片处透窗脏污,可能无法传送信号,请用干纸巾清洁后再尝试。

⑧若手动直接将地宝搬回自动集尘充电座,自动集尘不启动,建议从充电座出发,让机器自动返回充电座后,会触发自动集尘;

2:自动集尘启动后,地宝尘盒内垃圾吸不干净?

① 请确认是否安装的尘盒是底部带有两个翻门的自动集尘座专用尘盒(如图①)

② 请检查专用尘盒底部的两个翻门是否被卡住,是否仍可顺畅开启与闭合; 若被杂物卡住,请及时清理

③ 请检查尘盒内的垃圾情况(如 抽纸巾纸团,较大纸片,成团的毛发,稍潮湿的垃圾)可能会无法吸入,请及时清理。

④ 请及时更换已装入过多垃圾的尘袋

⑤ 若APP已经提示更换尘袋,请及时处理。

3:APP提示”请及时清理集尘座底部风道”如操作?

①请将自动集尘座断开电源;

②请准备好十字螺丝刀一把。

③请将集尘座侧卧轻放至桌面或地上。

④请将集尘座底部8枚螺丝拧下来,取下风道盖板后清理,清理完成后装上风道盖板,拧紧螺丝即可。


4:APP提示”未检测到尘袋,请安装”如何操作?

请您打开集尘座尘桶上盖,检查是否有安装尘袋;

若未安装,请正确安装尘袋即可。

若您已安装尘袋,您可以按以下步骤操作:

①检查尘袋黄色卡片纸是否安装到位(如下图正常所示) 若没有,请取出后重新安装。


②取下尘袋,检查尘袋黄色卡片纸右下角是否弯曲,若是,请折平后,重新装入即可(如下图)。


5:自动集尘座上盖,集尘袋均已安装到位,机身上盖仍然显示红灯,如何处理?

1. 将机器开机后点击机身上的”启动键”让机器执行清扫后,再次点击”启动键”让机器暂停,最后长按”启动键”让机器自动返回自动集尘座,可触发集尘。

2. 若您机器已配网,也可将机器放置自动集尘座,打开app点击右下角”集尘图标”可触发集尘

注:

①如可以触发集尘,灯显由红灯变为白灯则正常,此状态下红灯为气压检测功能,请放心使用。

②如无法触发则异常,请联系售后处理

My T8+ Deebot suddenly stopped collecting dust. Although the dust bin made a loud noise of working, the garbage in the Deebot was not sucked away and cleaned up. I went to the official website to check some solutions, but they all can’t solve my problem, the dust bag is new one, the bottom channel is clean and unblocked, the Dust bin has a vacuuming sound, but the garbage in the trash box has not been sucked away at all, and the new trash bag in the Dust bin is also very clean. After trying to replace a new filter element in Deebot, I found that the problem was solved. It should be caused by the blockage of the filter element and the inability to reverse ventilation for dust collection.

Later, it was easy to detect when there was another problem, that is, when you are working in the Dust bin, it is difficult to open the flip cover on the Deebot by hand, because it is sucked under vacuum pressure at that time. If the flip cover on the Deebot cover is easy to open when the Dust bin is working, it means that the cover on the top is not covered well, so that the vacuuming work cannot be carried out in a vacuum, and the cover needs to be tightly closed.
